Scott,

Thanks for the information!

Not really looking for something specific at the moment. Just was really wondering from a developer standpoint. Both as a developer of web based applications and desktop based ones.

I do have a few ideas, although I do not have any familiarity using FeedLoung yet, so was just querying in order to be slightly ahead of the power curve.

Really looking forward to the product as it seems that you guys are doing a wonderful job, as based on the information I have read.

Thanks!

Scott,

Many external APIs will be "published". We wish to build a happy and healthy developer/plugin community, and interaction with other applications is high on that API list.

We already supply basic functionality, such as subscribing to feeds, and exporting your feed subscriptions, and will build on that foundation as the code progresses.

Are you looking for something specific? Next on our list is a 'notifier' API, and then some atention related data output.

Are there any plans for an API that external applications or websites can access? For instance, the ability to allow a desktop based feed reader use the API in order to download and sync subscription information.
