Testing Faster Feed Refreshing

We’ve been testing a dramatically faster feed refresh schedule - anyone noticing a difference?

I just noticed that I can’t get any work done because every 2 minutes another feed has a new item! And not sure about time zones, but I’m replying to this directly after my.feedlounge.com picked up the new item.
