Painful “Fix”

As feared, we’re going to have to drop the current (corrupt) cache data to fix the problems folks are seeing. As a result FeedLounge performance will suffer until the cache repopulates - likely through the weekend. We are dropping the cache now.

  1. Please just fix it, I pay for a service that works all the time, not once and a while.

  2. Anthony, I don’t think your comment is very polite, I think the service is great, you should be thankfull he tries to keep his customers informed.

  3. My comment would have been unjustified if I didn’t pay for the service. As for anything I pay for, I expect emaculate service.

  4. Alex and Scott are providing a stellar product, performance, and support. You are very quick to be critical of them any time something comes up. Perhaps your expectations are unreasonable and you should consider rethinking them. The service being provided is worth more then they charge, so when you consider what you’re getting and that you’re only having to pay $5/mo for it, there isn’t a ton of room to complain.

Don’t get me wrong, the whole $5/mo thing is not something to hide behind, they are charging for a service and should work to keep that service strong. I think the majority of folks would agree that they are doing that and more.
