Why the initial “Loading” Screen?
One of the performance enhancements introduced in the Eirik release was processing new items for a user when they log in rather than whenever the item was downloaded. We introduced the loading screen at that time so that users would understand what was going on during the brief delay.

I am trying the 24 hour demo because I believe I want to use your service. After signing out earlier in the day I signed in again this evening. It allowed me to log in, but then the screen just continued to display the ‘loading’ message for a very long time instead of displaying anything. I gave up on loading the page after about 15 minutes. Do we know why it wouldn’t load and is this what will happen with the paid monthly service?
