How Do I Open Links in a New Tab/Window?
There is a Preference setting for opening external links in new windows. Click on Settings, then check/uncheck the box as desired.
Some browsers (like Firefox) offer a tabbed browsing extension that allows you to redirect all “new window” calls to open in “new tab” instead.

where is the settings that you refer to that im supposed to click on i dont see it on my tool bar or screen?
The Settings link is in the upper right of the screen.
