What is a Feed?

It can be a little complicated to explain what a feed is - there are many different ways to describe it. In short, a feed allows you to receive updates from web sites in a feed reader (also called an aggregator) like FeedLounge. Think of FeedLounge as someone who goes out to all your favorite web sites and checks for updates. Whenever an update is found, we put it in your list - like getting information from the web in your e-mail.
